About the role

Goal Get It! is hiring a Program Operations Manager to run scholarship and outreach program operations end-to-end—timelines, application readiness, reviewer workflow, communications, and quality control—so we can scale with consistency, fairness, and care.

What you’ll do

  • Own program calendars and execution plans across application cycles.

  • Manage application readiness (requirements, forms, FAQs, communications, operational checklists).

  • Coordinate reviewer operations (rubrics, training materials, scheduling, conflict-of-interest tracking).

  • Monitor the applicant experience and resolve operational issues quickly.

  • Create reporting for volume, conversion, timeline performance, and program outcomes.

  • Use AI tools to accelerate communications drafting, reviewer materials, rubric documentation, and analytics—while verifying outputs and ensuring fairness.

Education & experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

  • 2+ years in program operations, admissions/program management, or nonprofit operations.

Required knowledge, skills, and abilities

  • Strong project management, process design, and stakeholder coordination.

  • Excellent written communication and attention to detail.

  • Substantive AI tool use: comfort using AI for workflow creation, communications, and reporting; ability to validate outputs and protect applicant privacy.

Nice to have

  • Scholarship administration experience, CRM/ATS familiarity, bilingual communication ability, accessibility knowledge.

Working conditions

Periodic peaks around deadlines and decisions; occasional evenings/weekends.

Compensation

This role is open to candidates anywhere in the United States. Compensation will be based on the location of the successful candidate.

Expected base salary range (annual, USD): $71,000 – $93,000.

Goal Get It! and Lu Memorial Foundation provides pay ranges representing its good faith estimate of what the organization reasonably expects to pay for a position. The pay offered will be determined based on factors such as (but not limited to) the scope and responsibilities of the role, the qualifications of the selected candidate, departmental budget availability, internal equity, geographic location, and external market pay for comparable jobs.
