About the role
Goal Get It! is seeking a Product Manager to lead our EdTech platform roadmap—especially integrations with systems like SIS and LMS (including Canvas), identity/access flows, and partner-facing reliability. You’ll translate real program and partner needs into secure, measurable product outcomes.
What you’ll do
Own roadmap and delivery for SIS/LMS integration capabilities and related platform features.
Define requirements, success metrics, rollout plans, and partner enablement materials.
Partner with engineering on architecture tradeoffs, APIs, and data model decisions.
Coordinate cross-functionally with Programs, Outreach, Finance, and Compliance.
Use AI tools substantively to accelerate discovery synthesis, PRDs, QA plans, and documentation—while validating details and protecting sensitive data.
Education & experience
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience). MS/PhD welcome.
Typically 3+ years product management (platform/integrations preferred).
Required knowledge, skills, and abilities
Strong product fundamentals: prioritization, delivery, measurement, stakeholder alignment.
Technical fluency with APIs, authentication/SSO concepts, and data flows.
Excellent communication—able to produce clear specs and unblock teams.
Substantive AI-tool fluency for writing, analysis, and documentation with strong verification habits.
Nice to have
EdTech ecosystem familiarity (SIS/LMS, rostering, integrations, partner rollouts).
Experience with accessibility, privacy-by-design, or high-trust workflows.
Working conditions
Remote work with cross-time-zone collaboration; occasional deadline-driven hours around launches.
Compensation
Expected base salary range (annual, USD): $135,000 – $180,000.
This role is open to candidates regardless of location. Compensation will be based on the location of the successful candidate.

The pay offered will be determined based on factors such as (but not limited to) the scope and responsibilities of the role, the qualifications of the selected candidate, departmental budget availability, internal equity, geographic location, and external market pay for comparable jobs.
