About the role
Goal Get It! is hiring a Partnerships & Outreach Manager to grow awareness and access for our scholarship and outreach programs. You’ll build trusted relationships with schools, districts, and community organizations—making it easier for students and applicants to discover opportunities and successfully apply.
What you’ll do
Build and manage a pipeline of partners (schools, districts, CBOs, community leaders).
Create outreach plans and toolkits (events, webinars, partner guides, campaigns).
Coordinate with Programs and Product teams to ensure messaging matches reality and timelines.
Track engagement and outcomes (reach, conversions, submissions, partner activation).
Improve partner communications using AI tools for drafts, segmentation, and follow-up—while keeping messages accurate, warm, and human.
Education & experience
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience). MS/PhD welcome.
Typically 3+ years in partnerships, outreach, community engagement, admissions, or related work.
Required knowledge, skills, and abilities
Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management.
Excellent writing and presentation skills; comfortable running sessions.
Organized operator who can track details and follow through.
Substantive AI-tool fluency for outreach planning and communications, with careful review and brand consistency.
Nice to have
Experience working with education communities (K–12, higher-ed, youth programs).
CRM familiarity and campaign measurement experience.
Bilingual communication skills.
Working conditions
Occasional evenings/weekends for events; light travel may be requested depending on region.
Compensation
Expected base salary range (annual, USD): $75,000 – $105,000.
This role is open to candidates anywhere in the United States. Compensation will be based on the location of the successful candidate.

The pay offered will be determined based on factors such as (but not limited to) the scope and responsibilities of the role, the qualifications of the selected candidate, departmental budget availability, internal equity, geographic location, and external market pay for comparable jobs.
