About the role

If you’re excited about delivering modern, flexible, edge-hosted sites and apps that connect to a wide range of internal and external APIs, this team is for you.
What you’ll do
In this position, you will:
Collaborate with visual and user experience designers, senior- and architect-level developers, strategists, and project managers to build sophisticated digital experiences using headless CMS (e.g., Storyblok) and front-end technologies such as Next.js/React, GraphQL, and TailwindCSS.
Work with serverless hosting (Netlify/Vercel), edge compute patterns, and render/caching strategies such as SSR, SSG, and ISR.
Participate actively in an agile environment that includes stand-ups, story grooming, and peer review.
Build accessible, semantically correct, responsive front-ends that work consistently across major browsers/devices, including personalization via third-party data sources (hosted search products and custom APIs).
Contribute to Goal Get It!’s evolving AI-assisted developer workflows, including code generation, documentation automation, and performance monitoring.
Education & experience
Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience building modern, decoupled web applications.
Required knowledge, skills, and abilities
Demonstrable experience developing websites/web apps using headless CMS and technologies such as Node, React, Next.js, GraphQL, and TailwindCSS.
Demonstrable experience designing and documenting data structures, architecture, and process flows for websites, web apps, SDKs, and APIs.
Experience researching, evaluating, and enforcing web standards for usability and accessibility.
Familiarity with serverless hosting, edge compute, and render/cache strategies (SSR/SSG/ISR).
Nice to have
Experience mentoring or checking the work of other staff on technical matters; experience conducting security reviews of code.
Experience using AI development tools.
Exposure to design systems, component libraries, or Storybook.
Working conditions
May work extended hours, evenings, and weekends, as project needs require.
